Duties:

  • Compare and check paperwork for errors against database
  • Scan, file, distribute, and assist with paperwork as needed
  • Receive inventory and follow all ISO measures
  • Print and reprint barcodes
  • Answer phones
  • Assist with weekly inventory and cycle counts

Qualifications

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Forklift certification
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Mathematical ability to subtract, add, divide,  and multiply to calculate average of numbers

Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician

First Shift Weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

Summary

Maintenance personnel, under the authority of the Manufacturing Engineer and or Maintenance Lead, will have their activities focused on installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery, equipment, physical structures, piping, and electrical systems within fiberglass manufacturing plant.

Duties and Responsibilities

Participates and takes an active role in preventative maintenance program. PM duties to include but not limited to: cleaning and lubricating shafts and bearings, cleaning radiators, oil/lubricant changes, belt changes, and filter changes.

Inspects and detects malfunctions in machinery and equipment using testing equipment and visual and audible indicators.

Troubleshoots, repairs, and rebuilds defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts using hand and power tools.

Discusses machine operation variations with operators, supervisors, and other maintenance workers to diagnose problems and or repair machines.

Installs and maintains pipe and hose systems related to: gel coat, chop, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment. Inclusive, but not limited to, repairing and replacing: gauges, valves, pressure regulators, quick disconnects, and related equipment.

Installs and maintains compressed air and water piping and related equipment (e.g. quick disconnects and commodes).

Operates cutting torches and welding equipment to cut or join metal parts.

Repairs, maintains, and constructs physical structures related to the facility. Inclusive but not limited to: painting, woodwork, tile, sheetrock, and ceiling tiles.

Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical system individually or as part of a team.

Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma

Preferred Education/Licensing: Millwright Machine Repair, Electrician or related Journeyman License

Minimum relevant experience required:

3 – 5 years experience in a similar job

Assembly

Job title: Assembly

Job description: Ability to assemble product in a timely and safe manner. Able to handle physical work load.

Schedule: 5:30am to 4pm Monday – Thursday

Production Scheduler

Job title:  Production Scheduler

Location:  Martinsburg, WV

Pay rate:  $21 – $30/hr

Shifts:  Day shift

 

Duties

  • Maximize customer on-time shipments with minimum inventory investments
  • Provide timely and accurate machine schedules and production job releases in assigned manufacturing areas
  • Monitor and adjust levels of capacity and production output in order to execute manufacturing schedules
  • Maintain close contact with Production supervisors to review schedule and production expectations
  • Provide for timely and accurate review of planning documents and communicate required material releases to sister plant to support production requirements
  • Provide continuous order status communication to Customer Service with emphasis on available to ship date, define customer service impacts, and provide alternative actions to resolve potential problems
  • Provide required job paperwork (labels, material pick lists, routings, drawings) to production
  • Review Bill of Materials for accuracy for both new and existing products
  • Gives lead times to customer service for inquiries

Qualifications

  • Highschool diploma or equiv
  • Ability to bend, twist, and turn
  • Minimum of 2 years prior experience in planning/scheduling within a  manufacturing environment
  • Computer skills including Excel, Word, and MRP systems
