Job Responsibilities for Contracts Administrator:

  • Reviewing, copying, distributing, monitoring, maintaining files and generating booking files on all customer contracts (includes correspondence, amendment/modification requests, submission of data items, etc.) and proposals.
  • Interfacing with customers and government representatives for proposals, contracts and other issues related to customer/government requirements (property system, requests for information, audits, etc.).
  • Researching, preparing, submitting and maintaining all export related issues for Cockeysville. Respond to all export compliance issues within Company
  • Review, prepare, submit and maintain all confidentiality agreements for Company.
  • Review, submit and maintain all invention disclosures, patents, trademarks, copyrights, and licenses.

Requirements for Contracts Administrator:

  • Education: BS in Business/Contract Administration or 5 years equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Contract Administration or related similar experience.
  • Desired Experience: Experience reviewing contracts strategically, with a focus on risk recognition/mitigation.
  • Specific Knowledge: Communication, organization, motivation, interpersonal, initiative, independence, confidence. Knowledge of FAR, DFAR, ITAR & EAR.
  • Candidates must be US citizens or hold a green card. All new hires are subject to pre-employment background checks and drug testing.
