Reviewing, copying, distributing, monitoring, maintaining files and generating booking files on all customer contracts (includes correspondence, amendment/modification requests, submission of data items, etc.) and proposals.
Interfacing with customers and government representatives for proposals, contracts and other issues related to customer/government requirements (property system, requests for information, audits, etc.).
Researching, preparing, submitting and maintaining all export related issues for Cockeysville. Respond to all export compliance issues within Company
Review, prepare, submit and maintain all confidentiality agreements for Company.
Review, submit and maintain all invention disclosures, patents, trademarks, copyrights, and licenses.
Requirements for Contracts Administrator:
Education: BS in Business/Contract Administration or 5 years equivalent experience.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Contract Administration or related similar experience.
Desired Experience: Experience reviewing contracts strategically, with a focus on risk recognition/mitigation.
Specific Knowledge: Communication, organization, motivation, interpersonal, initiative, independence, confidence. Knowledge of FAR, DFAR, ITAR & EAR.
